A Vintage Cottage in McCrory, Arkansas- The Trotter House
 

Established in 1954 by Carl and Margaret Trotter, will sleep six (6) comfortably. Each room is carefully decorated in 50's & 60's decor. The Trotter House has 2 queen size beds and queen size sleeper sofa. Amenities include coffee maker, ice box, TV service, hair dryer and toiletries. The Trotter House is a smoke free home. No pets allowed.

Daily Rates:

2 people - $85.00

4 people  - $135.00

6 people - $160.00

(50% Deposit required before stay)

Conditions of Stay: Normal check in is 3:00pm - Every effort will be made to have your accommodations ready, however delays may be encountered. Check out is 11:00 am. A minimum of $100.00 assessment fee applies to the following: *Smoking/Pets/Excessive Cleaning Required/Damages

Registered Guests must be 21 or older/we assume no liability for guest valuables

Cancellations: Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date

Special Available Guest Services upon Request - Coffee provided free.
